| 摘 要： | 基于电力负荷预测的方法，综合分析了经济发展水平、人民生活水平、电力消费结构和气温气候等主要因素对电力负荷预测的影响。结合新疆电力负荷预测的特点，提出做好新疆电力负荷N~,l-z-作的几点建议。为避免因电力负荷预测误差过大造成严重后果，准确把握电力负荷发展规律，提高电力负荷预测准确率水平，提升电力负荷预测的专,Jk4Jc水平，本文在基础数据准确性、数据库完备性、降低大用户电力负荷波动影响和完善电力负荷预测管理水平等方面进行了详细的阐述。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses comprehensively the major influence factors on electric load forecasting based on the power load forecasting methods and proposes some suggestions on Xinjiang Electric Power Load Forecasting according to the characteristics of Xinjiang. In order to avoid serious consequences because of too lareg errors, grasp accurately the development law of electric power load and improve the professional level of power load forecasting,the paper elaborates the accuracy of the basic data,the completeness of the database, large users＇ influences and improvement of management level in detail. |
