| Abstract: | In the mid and late Ming Dynasty,the literati enjoyed the pursuit of painting and most of thegn followed Dong Qichang's lead.Based on analyzing the literati' s poems and paintings in this period,this paper finds that the so-called joy of painting isenjoying themselvesrather thanenjoying with others. |
