摘    要:为降低海河集散运输的总运输成本,根据对三程运输、江海直达运输和减载运输特点的评价,研究干散货海河集散的优化问题.在成本最低基础上,考虑运量变化对干散货海河集散的影响.从大型制造企业和船运公司的角度构建一个运量变化的干散货海河集散模型.以铁矿石内河运输为例,将鲁棒优化模型与普通模型进行对比.结果表明,虽然鲁棒优化模型使得成本小幅度提高,但可以有效地控制运量变化对运输网络的影响,使得优化后的模型能够处理有一定变化幅度的运量.

Abstract:To reduce the total transportation cost of river sea distribution transportation, the optimization of dry bulk cargo river sea distribution is studied according to the evaluation on the characteristics of three step transportation, river sea through transportation and load shedding transportation. On the basis of the lowest cost, the effect of the freight volume change on the dry bulk cargo distribution is taken into consideration. The dry bulk cargo river sea distribution model with the freight volume change is built from the perspective of large scale manufacturing enterprises and shipping companies. The inland river transportation of iron ore is taken as an example to compare the robust optimization model with the ordinary model. The results show that, although the robust optimization model increases the cost slightly, it can effectively control the effect of the freight volume change on transportation network, and make the optimized model capable of handling the freight volume with certain variation of amplitude.
