| 摘 要： | 美国、澳大利亚和日本等西方竞技体育强国不仅在竞技体育项目的数量和质量上占有优势,而且在对竞技体育的管理水平上占有优势.通过概括这三个国家的竞技体育的现状及其管理模式的特点,发现结合型模式逐渐成为国外竞技体育管理的主要模式.分析上述各国竞技体育管理模式,可以得出:我国竞技体育,尤其是职业竞技体育发展还将有一个较长的过程;我国现有的政府主导型的竞技体育管理模式符合国情,在世界范围内有鲜明特色;应对世界竞技体育的竞争,中国政府应积极介入竞技体育的管理,培养体育社会组织,长期把竞技体育发展作为我国体育事业整体发展最核心的部分.

| Abstract: | Both number and management of sports events in America,Australia and Japan hold an advantage.Through analysing the present status quo and the characteristic of athletic sports in the three countries,the writers found that each of these countries paid great attention to the development of athletic sports and the mode of interagtion gradually became very popular abroad.Compared with sports management of the three countries,our athletic sports especially professional sports still had a long way to proceed,and the government-leading management mode which showed distinct feature throughout the world was corresponding with our country's reality.It pointed out that facing the competition of world athletic sports,Chinese government should actively intervene in the management of athletic sports and foster social sports organizations at the same time,keeping the core position of athletic sports for long. |
