| 摘 要： | 在老龄化趋势下,重视和发展社区老年教育具有现实性。但目前社区老年教育存在认识不足、管理体制不完善、经费不足、硬件设施不完善、师资力量缺乏、教学内容单一等问题。其应对策略有深入社区办老年教育班,构建专业化、多元化的社区老年教育师资队伍,整合社会各种资源,探索养教结合新模式等。
