高等农业院校师资培养的实践与思考

摘    要:高等农业院校可以通过构建包括执行、监督与协调、考核与评价、激励机制以及保障等五个子系统的师资培养模式,在实践培养模式中实现学校的师资培养目标和计划,达到培养具有高尚道德情操、渊博的学识、优良的教学艺术和科学创新精神的教师队伍的目的。

Abstract:In the construction of teaching staff in agricultural colleges, a te acher-training pattern which is to be structured should include such five sub- systems as implementation, supervision &coordination, assessment &appraisal, i nspiring mechanism and guarantee. Putting the pattern into practice the colleges can realize the goal and plan of teacher training so that the teaching staff ca n be developed with lofty moral sentiment, profound knowledge, excellence teachi ng art and scientific innovative spirit.
