| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法分析研究我国跳高运动目前的状况以及21世纪我国跳高运动后备人才的基本现状。研究结果表明目前我国跳高运动水平处于停滞阶段,其在后备人才因素方面的原因具体表现为：运动员的选拔途径单一,选材手段缺乏科学性和全面性,跳高运动群众基础薄弱。后备力量成材率较低,教育系统训练资源短缺,难以建立后备人才培养体系。并提出我国跳高运动后备人才可持续发展的几点对策。
