摘    要:LoHi和HiHiLo训练法是在高原训练法的基础上兴起的两种新的低氧训练方法.利用有关文献资料及体育科研所的实验资料,对LoHi和HiHiLo两种训练方法影响有氧运动能力的机制和效果进行了比较分析.通过比较发现两种训练法均能提高运动员的有氧运动能力,HiHiLo组的有氧能力的提高优于LoHi组.

Abstract:LoHi and HiHiLo are the low aerobic training approaches initiated from the plateau training. This paper, by making use of the relative documentary data and the experimental data from the physical education research institutes, makes a comparative analysis of the mechanisms and effects of the two training approaches between LoHi and HiHiLo and concludes that the two approaches can both improve aerobic training abilities but HiHiLo is superior to LoHi.
