| 摘 要： | 知识管理已成为新经济形势下企业管理的新趋势,从知识管理的相关概念入手,介绍了目前国内外一些企业实施知识管理的现状,并分析了目前我国企业实施知识管理体系的不足之处,最后从软环境建设和硬环境建设两个方面提出了如何构建和完善我国企业的知识管理体系。

| Abstract: | The knowledge management becomes the new trend of the business management in the new economic situation.This paper commences from the related conception of the knowledge management,introduces the present condition of some enterprise implementing knowledge management currently of home and abroad country,and analyzes the shortage of knowledge management system in our country's enterprise.In the end,this paper puts forward how to establish and perfect our country's knowledge management system from the aspect of the soft environment and hard environment. |
