| Abstract: | In resent twenty or thirty years,public policy research is gradually becoming a popular area.Instrumental perspective and method is becoming a fashion in the area of public policy study.The drive for this comes from the practice of public policy.Rich results have been accumulated in this research aspect.The article states and argues the background,the way of research,the main achieves,the advantages and disadvantages.The article also indicates the future tendency of the area at the end. |
