| 摘 要： | 体育将身心融为一体而与天地相通,它在全方位的意义上让我们通天达地。其重要地位,从历史发展和构词都可窥见一斑。体育体现的是一种人类精神,在文化学、美学、伦理学、社会学、经济学、教育学上,都具有重要意义。体育的这种广泛性也表明了体育具有让我们通天达地的作用。
