| 摘 要： | 从内容知识和实践知识分析大学教师的知识结构,两个维度的两端分别是广博的一般文化知识和精深的专业知识、教学的知识和科研的知识。大学教师的知识结构是一个以多元综合知识为中心,向外部扩展的复合结构。这一结构随着教师学术工作生涯的延伸,而有着在教学知识、一般文化知识端不断加强的动态特征。

| Abstract: | From the perspectives of content knowledge and practical knowledge,general and professional knowledge formed one dimension of faculty knowledge,while teaching and research knowledge shaped the other.The faculty knowledge has a composite structure centered with comprehensive knowledge.This structure has increasing dynamic feature on teaching and general knowledge with the extending of academic career. |
