| 摘 要： | 横向并购作为企业快速扩张的模式已成为当代经济生活的重要内容。本文从横向并购中的信息沟通层次与价值研究入手，分析了并购中的信息沟通途径，建立了基于协同的信息沟通机制，提出了搭建供应链信息共享平台的思想、方法和控制方式等，为实现并购的供应链协同目标打下信息沟通的基础。
