论中学数学教师职前职后教育的整合

摘    要:要培养高素质的中学数学教师,要使教师教育具有专业优势,仅仅有教育机制的“一体化”还是不够的,更重要的是教育内涵的整合。整合包括:数学与教育的整合,理论与实践的整合,教育方式的整合。

Abstract:It is not enough only to harmonize the educational mechanism to cultivate a group of high qualified middle school mathematics teachers and to make the education to the faculty own professional superiority.The more important is that there must be a conformity,which consists of the conformity between the maths and education,between theory and practice as well as among the ways of education to the connotation of education.
