| 摘 要： | 面对激烈的就业竞争压力，培养高职学生可持续发展的终身就业能力，构建科学合理的高职学生职业生涯规划教育体系势在必行。为搞好我省高职院校职业生涯教育，应从我省高职院校职业生涯教育的现状入手，客观剖析其存在的问题。以思考我省高职院校职业生涯教育的对策为核心，以理念突破为先导，以科学整体规划职业生涯教育体系，创建特色鲜明的高职院校职业生涯教育教学模式，建设高素质师资队伍，加强高职学生职业生涯规划辅导建设，拓展职业生涯教育的途径。
