| 摘 要： | 莫比可 (美洛昔康 )是一种新型的环氧化酶 (Cox)抑制剂 ,与以往的非甾体类抗炎镇痛药物不同 ,它能高选择性抑制 Cox- 2、抑制白细胞移动、抑制外周疼痛反射 ,有效地减缓炎症反应。目的 :本实验用于研究莫比可 (美洛昔康 )治疗急性运动创伤性炎症的可行性。方法 :全组 40例患者 ,应用莫比可 7.5 mg每日口服 ,用疼痛视觉评分方法 (VAS评分 )对患者服药前后的主观疼痛指标 - -疼痛强度进行比较观察。结果 :服药后 3、7、1 0 d与治疗前比较疼痛明显缓解 ,疼痛强度 VAS评分明显降低 (P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,优良率达 95 %。试验期间未发生不良反应。结论 :观察结果表明 ,莫比可使用安全 ,对急性运动创伤具有良好的抗炎镇痛作用

| Abstract: | Mobic (Meloxicam) is a new Cox inhibitor. It can high selectively inhibit the function of Cox 2 and actively release the pain, which is different from other non steroid anti inflammatory drugs. To observe the anti inflammatory and analgestic effects of Mobic on treatment of acute sports injuries, 40 patients took one tablet (7.5 mg) of Mobic per day and the subjective pain was assessed by VAS. The Results showed that score of VAS was significantly lower than before (P<0.001), and pain was released significantly. No adverse reaction was observed. This study indicted that the Mobic has good analgestic effect and could be used safely in athletes. |
