| 摘 要： | 区域网络开发理论的最大特点在于它有利于缩小地区间发展差距,促进区域整体均衡发展。缺点在于区域开发的条件和阶段固定化、缺乏系统性区域开发的思路、西部地区网络开发模式局限性。从促进区域经济开发的角度研究区域网络开发战略模式,切合实际和具有可操作性。
