| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革的进一步深化，人才引进工作越来越被人们关注。工科教学系通过人才引进，才能满足教学需要和促进系的发展、学科建设。从而推动学校的发展，提升学校科研水平和整体实力。当然在人才引进过程中，难免会出现一定的问题，但只要加以改进，人才引进工作对高校及其系部的发展必然起着推动的作用。
