| 摘 要： | 商代虽已进入文明时代，但商代社会仍是以血缘关系为纽带的氏族组织为基础的。族权在商代政治中占有突出地位，是王权的基础，又在一定程度上对王权起制约作用。到商代晚期，王权得到进一步加强，才逐渐摆脱族权的束缚。

| Abstract: | The Shang Dynasty society bases on the clan which is linked by the blood relationship though it has entered the civilization times. The clan right still takes an outstanding status. It is the foundation of the king right that takes restriction of the king right in certain degree. Till the later period of the Shang Dynasty, the king right breaks away from the tie of the clan right gradually with its having strenghenced. |
