| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、综合分析法,结合工作实践就体育院校辅导员工作理念及方法创新的必要性进行了分析。必要性主要有:1)体育院校大学生的特点变化使辅导员工作理念创新必要性凸显——体育院校大学生的价值取向日益多元,体育院校大学生的自我意识不断增强,体育院校大学生的个性追求日显务实,体育院校学生个体差异大管理难度大;2)外部环境的变化对传统的工作方法带来了冲击——信息化、网络化给传统的工作方式带来了冲击,巨大的就业压力使传统的单一性思想教育愈显苍白。理念创新包括:1)坚持"科学人文主义"理念;2)"管理"理念到"服务"理念的转变;3)民主理念。方法创新包括:1)工作过程中要注重心理学知识的应用;2)工作过程中要注重语言表达的艺术;3)构架多种交流平台。
