| 摘 要： | 长期以来，历史教科书一直把陈涉、吴广首倡的秦末战争定性为中国历史上第一次农民战争，然而细加考析，称其为六国复辟战争或更为切实。其一，秦统一以后，六国谋求复国的活动一直存在。其二，陈涉等义军领导人的身份大多似为贵族，而非农民；义军队伍的主要成分即使是农民，也并不意味着战争的性质是农民战争，而是要看义军的纲领和目标。其三，战争初期的形势,都以复立六国为主要目标。其四，反抗暴秦的斗争，多发生在原六国地区，故秦之地并无战争,说明秦地人民并未反秦。其五，项羽分封是实现战争初期达成的战略目标以及应和当时要求“封建”的社会思潮，而非主观的历史的倒退。
