| 摘 要： | 运用文献访谈等研究方法,从训练学的特点、训练的理论依据、优势项目早期训练成功的特征三方面对我国技能类主导项目的早期训练进行研究分析,结论表明我国技能类主导项目的早期训练是成功的,但也存在着问题,如运动员在技术发展中缺少丰富想象力和创造力的训练,导致运动员进入成人后的表现力有所下降。

| Abstract: | By literature research,interviews and other research methods,this article focuses on the early training of some of the skill courses from the characteristics of them in order that the advantages formed at the adolescent period,which can be well kept until the adulthood period and provide some references for the sustainable developments of Chinese sports.But there are more problems.Such as the lack of imaginations and creativities in athletes’ skill developments will not make them behave as well as they did before when they grow up. |
