摘    要:普通高校中术科教学着重教书育人,有其言传身教的特点,学生受身体条件、学习环境和教学条件等的限制,在学习跨400m栏时提高不快,成绩不理想.本文采用资料和实验相结合的方法,从影响400m栏成绩的诸多因素中的重要因素栏间跑节奏入手,探讨提高400m栏成绩的最佳栏间跑节奏模式.

On the Best Running Rhgthm Pattern Improving University Students' 400-meter-hurdle Points Between Two Hurdles
Abstract:s: There are special aims and characters in university P.E training class teaching; Influenced by students' physical conditions, study environment and teaching conditions, it's difficult for students to make great progress in 400 meter hurdle running. After observing data and experiments, acuter analyzes a great deal of facts that affect the 400 meter hurdle ramming points, and find s out the most important one running rhythm; therefore, in this article he mainly. Discusses the best running rhythm pattern that improve a 400 meter hurdle points between two hurdles.
