| 摘 要： | 运用体育学、保健学、教育心理学和健康心理学等学科理论知识，采用文献资料研究、问卷调查和理论分析等研究方法，对当代大学生心理健康状况等进行了调查，探讨高校体育对大学生心理健康教育的积极影响，以及高校体育渗透心理健康教育的内容、途径与方法。
