| 摘 要： | 随着我国大学毕业人数的继续增加，专业差异、市场需求、传统就业观念、创业环境欠佳等因素严重制约着毕业生的成功就业，国内就业形势近年仍将面临严峻考验。文章认为，毕业大学生惟有树立正确的就业观念和普通劳动者的意识，懂得务实地选择适合的工作，拓宽就业面，才是实现成功择业的根本途径。

| Abstract: | We need face with the higher employment pressure of college graduates. Some factors had been restricts the graduates＇ employment severely by our analysis which including the different major contents, human resources demand,traditional employ- ment idea,poor business environment. According to our research, college graduates need to establish proper employment ideas and can be acted as an ordinary worker,dealing with concrete matters relating to suitable job, broadening the connotations and the extensions of the employment. Only in this way,college graduates can obtain proper employment. |
