论师范生教学实践智慧的缺失与培养

摘    要:师范生教学实践智慧缺失主要表现为不熟悉新课标、新教材、教学方式不够灵活、教学机智缺失和教学评价语言乏力等。其外在原因主要在于师范院校的教育类课程设置不合理、教学技能培训模式单一和教学实习指导形式化;内因则是师范生自身教学反思意识薄弱。可以通过优化师范院校的教育类课程结构、改善师范生的教学实践模式、强化师范生的校本培训及培养师范生的教学反思意识和习惯提升师范生教学实践智慧。

Abstract:The absence of teaching practice of normal students is mainly manifested in students' unfamiliarity with the new curriculum, new teaching material, inflexible teaching mode, teaching tact, and the lack of teaching evaluation and language.Its external causes mainly lie in the unreasonable education curriculum setting at teachers college, the single teaching skills training mode, formal teaching practice guidance.The inten,al factor is the normal students' weak teaching reflection consciousness.The paper points out that by optimizing structure of educational courses, and improving the students' teaching practice mode, we can strengthen the cultivation of students' teaching reflection consciousness and habit to improve their teaching practical wisdom.
