| 摘 要： | 在诸多课程的改革中：教学论课程的改革尤为重要，因为它是师范生的一门岗前培训课，直接影响着学生的就业和工作素质。为此，教师必须积极探索适合新的教育理念的教学内容和教学方法，培养学生的自主学习，研究性学习的习惯，培养他们的实践能力和创新能力。文章在教学内容和教学方法、教学手段上进行了有意义的探索，以适应新的教育人才的培养模式。

| Abstract: | The reform of teaching theory courses is quite important in course reform,because it is a pre-service course for normal students,which directly influences students’ employment and quality of work.Therefore,teachers should actively explore teaching content and methods suitable for new teaching concept,develop students’ habits of autonomous learning and inquiry learning,and their practical ability and creative ability.This article makes exploration on teaching content,teaching methods and teaching means in order to suit the new educational mode of talents training. |
