| Abstract: | In view of the new situation of pondering the values and raising positive spirits prevails throughout the entire society,the paper briefly expounds the concept,connotation,essential characteristics and function of harmonious library spiritual culture,elaborates its construction content,and puts forword some existing problems.From different angles of propaganda,management,system,innovaton,and service,etc.this paper brings in several ways to promote the spiritual culture construction in order to contribute duly to the development of harmonious society. |
