| 摘 要： | 文章以上海体育学院民族传统体育专业的硕士生教育为研究视角，着重从影响硕士生培养质量的几个重要方面——培养目标、课程设置和教学方法、学制、导师队伍、招生等入手提出一些看法，以期对提高上海体育学院民族传统体育专业硕士研究生教育质量起到一定的积极作用。

| Abstract: | This essay focuses on the cultivation of master with National Traditional Sport Specialty in Shanghai University of Sport. First, the paper analyzes and studies several key factors on master＇s quality, such as： talent cultivation objective orientation, curriculum setup and teaching method, cultivation term, teacher staff and student recruiting system, and then further puts forward some countermeasures against the drawback with the purpose of improving the quality of master with National Traditional Sport Specialty. |
