| 摘 要： | 在对科研不端行为的界定和分类的基础上,阐述了我国科研不端行为产生的根源主要在于三个方面:科学道德和科学精神的缺位是科研不端行为发生的内在原因;不合理的科研评价机制和奖励机制是科研不端行为发生的体制原因;组织权威影响力无限扩大是导致科研不端行为发生的最为根本的原因.提出了科研不端行为的防范与治理措施.

| Abstract: | Based on the definition and classification of dishonourable behavior in scientific research,it expounds the root of it in our country,which mainly lies in three aspects: The vacancy of scientific morality and spirit is the intrinsic reason;the unreasonable evaluation mechanism and rewarding mechanism are the systemic reason;the infinite expansion of organizational authoritative influence is the most fundamental reason.Some measures are proposed to prevent and administrate the dishonourable behavior. |
