| 摘 要： | 周恩来探索社会主义建设的突出贡献，是提出并坚持渐进观，构成渐进观的主要内容是，革命转变是渐进的，改革是渐进的，人民生活改善是渐进的，经济建设是渐进的，周恩来的渐进观体现了马克思主义的辩证唯物主义原理，具有深厚的方法论基础，领会周恩来的渐进观及其方法论，有助于我们进一步深刻认识社会主义初级阶段理论，自觉地把握社会主义建设规律。

| Abstract: | Zhou Enlai's outstanding contribution to the exploration of socialist construction is his proposal and confirmation of the view of progressive socialist construction whose main idea is the progressiveness of revolution, reform, people's life improvement and economical construction. On the solid basis of methodology, his view embodies the principles of Marxist dialectic materialism. The cognition of such a view and its methodology is helpful to the deeper understanding of the theory of the preliminary stage of socialism as well as the conscious mastery of the laws of socialist construction. |
