| 摘 要： | 通过研究我国资本市场中已经存在的金融产品、制度、机构方面的创新,并结合金融创新影响资本市场发展的一般作用机理,分析了金融创新推动我国资本市场发展的渠道与路径,并得出现阶段中国的金融创新对于资本市场的发展具有积极作用这一结论。
