| Abstract: | On analysis of knowledge gap and core competence of enterprises, this article proposes choice matrix of the knowledge alliance by taking the gap knowledge code degree and the core competence intensity as main parameters, so as to provide a reference for enterprises to choose knowledge alliance. It also points out that the enterprises should also forecast and analyze the cost and income that will occur in establishing knowledge alliance. |
