| 摘 要： | 现有的中国地方政府竞争研究中所忽略的问题，根源于研究者不加批判地接受了蒂博特的地方政府竞争模型的逻辑前提：联邦分权制。我们将该模型加以修正，应用到中国的单一制环境下，并探讨地方政府竞争对于中央政策变迁及其公民参与的相关影响。

| Abstract: | The problems, which are ignored in present research in Chinese local governrnent competition, originate in uncritical acceptance to the logical premise of Tiebout model about local government competition,that is Federal Decentralization.We will modify this model and use it into China's unitarianism and explore the relative effects of local government competition on changes of central authority's policies and citizen participation. |
