| 摘 要： | 高校教学档案是学校教学活动和教学管理工作的真实记载。是反映和评估教学质量及教学管理水平的重要依据，也是一所学校校风、学风的物化反映。文章着重从高校教学档案管理中意识淡薄、收集困难、队伍不稳及职责不明的问题出发．提出了加强高校教学档案管理工作的几点对策。

| Abstract: | The academic files of higher educational institutions are the true records of teaching and learning, the proofs to dem- onstrate and evaluate the quality of teaching and administration, as well as the materialization of school academic atmosphere. Based on the disadvantages, including weak initiative, difficulties in file collecting, unstable staff, improperly assigned respon- sibilities, several solutions were suggested for strengthening administration of files in higher educational institutes. |
