| 摘 要： | 近年来,技能大赛成为职业教育的风向标,引领着职业教育的教学方向。同时,技能大赛热带来了片面追求奖牌、精英教育等负面效应。通过"电子商务运营综合实训"课程的改革,重构课程体系、改进教学方法和考核方式,将电子商务技能大赛项目内化到教学过程中,探索技能大赛常态化管理,提升职业教育的教学质量。

| Abstract: | In recent years,skills competition has become the occupational education indicator, leading the direction of vocational education. Meanwhile, skills competition brings about negative effects such as extreme pursuit of medals and too much emphasis on elite education. Through the curriculum reform of ＂E-Commerce Comprehensive Training＂, we reconstruct the curriculum system, improve the teaching and assessment method and internalize the projects of skills competition into the teaching process, exploring the normal management of skills competition to improve the teaching quality of vocational education. |
