| 摘 要： | 我国走过了一条从体育法律教育到体育法学教育之路。体育法学教育的主要对象应该是体育院系的学生以及一些法律院系的学生，体育法学教材在体育法学教育中占有重要地位。目前的主要问题是体育法学理论体系还不够成熟，体育法治建设中出现的各种问题使我们必须重视体育法律伦理，这些是体育法学教育必须要首先面对和解决的基本问题。 |
