| 摘 要： | “网瘾”已成为一大社会公害，学生分心，家长痛心，教师忧心，社会担心，预防和戒除网瘾刻不容缓。通过对网瘾的界定、网瘾的实质与导致网瘾的“罪魁祸首”的分析可以看出，要预防和戒除青少年网瘾，就要教会青少年正确使用网络，加强理想教育和意志力培养，加强网络的开发和监管。通过厌恶疗法、系统脱敏法、替代与转移法来戒除网瘾。

| Abstract: | Internet addition has become a public hazard.It makes students distracted from their studies which worries parents,teachers and the whole society.The definition of internet addition,the essence of internet addition,and the analysis of the most important thing that lead to internet addition show that the prevention and elimination of internet addition require the youth to be taught the correct use of the internet,strengthened ideal education and will,and improved internet development and control.The elimination of internet addition can be done through aversive therapy,systematic desensitization, substitution and transferrence. |
