| 摘 要： | 两汉政权运用“以夷制夷”策略时间长,达300多年;次数多,达100多次;地域广,遍及东西南北四周诸“夷”,有南北匈奴兵、西域兵、羌胡兵、乌桓兵、鲜卑兵、南粤兵、西南夷兵、丁零兵、高旬郦兵、夫余兵、休屠各兵以及各属国兵等。两汉政权实行的“以夷制夷”策略,弥补了汉军的兵员不足和某些缺陷,改变了汉军中的兵员结构和兵役制度,革新了汉军的战略、战术和技术,减轻了内郡人民的兵役负担和后勤保障方面的困难,节约了军费开支,推动了民族间的合作与融合,巩固了统一多民族国家,但也带来了一些负面影响。

| Abstract: | The tactics of "controlling foreigners by foreigners" had been used by the states of Hans for many times and quite a long time (more than 300 years). It concerned such foreigners as soldiers of Northern and Southern Xiongnu, Western Regions, Qiang nationality, Wuhuan nationality, Xianbei nationality, Southern Yue, Southern and Northern minority nationality, Dingling, ancient Korea, Fuyu, Xiutu, dependent states and so on. This tactics remedied such deficiencies as the short of the Hans' soldiers, improved soldiers construction and military service system, reformed the strategies and tactics of Han' s military, lightened the burden of military service on people in the interior counties, diminished the difficulties of rear service and ensurance, spared military expense, promoted the cooperation and mixture between nationalities, consolidated the unity multi - national state, but it also had some bad effects. |
