| Abstract: | In China there are some confusion of ideas on public broadcasting and state-operated broadcasting,and PBS and BBC are often classified into the same type.The misunderstanding is attributed to poor knowledge about foreign public broadcasting.The article will introduce the laws of American public broadcasting and European public broadcasting in order to offer the basic knowledge of foreign public broadcasting. |
