| Abstract: | After analyzing the dual meaning of efficiency and equality from the ponit of view of economics and ethics, the paper states that the realization of efficiency and equity requires the function of the market and the government and we should realize that the exertion of the influence of the market and the government is hindered. The auther further states that we can use social moral strength to counteract the weaknesses of the market and the government regarding regulating efficiency and equity . |
