| 摘 要： | 在农村非营利组织研究领域,绝大部分学者忽视了农村非营利组织以提起公益诉讼的形式来实现对其公共利益维护的方式、方法和制度设计的系统研究。应当逐步完善农村非营利组织参与公益诉讼相关制度,为维护农村公共利益提供可靠的法律保障。
