基于微课的生物化学实训课教学研究

摘    要:在信息化技术发展的大背景下,微课已成为一种流行的学习方式,在高职教育中得到了广泛应用。为改善生物化学实训课的学习效果,文章针对高职实训课的教学特点,以高职生物化学实训课的一个项目“醋酸纤维薄膜电泳分离血清蛋白”为例,进行了微课设计与教学实践,并对微课的运用进行了分析和探讨。

Abstract:Against the background of the development of information technology,microlecture has become a popular way of learning and has been widely used in higher vocational education.In order to improve the learning effect of Biochemistry practice,according to the teaching characteristics of higher vocational practice course,the study takes the“separation of serum protein by cellulose acetate film electrophoresis”as an example to design and use microlecture,and analyzes and discusses application of the microlecture.
