| 摘 要： | “一对一”导师制与班主任制相结合的培养模式是一种具有实践意义的教育教学改革方法,对医学生的理论知识培养与个人医德素质指导具有相当大的意义,是回归传统“学堂制”与“师徒制”的有益结合。某校在四、五年级的儿科专业学生中实施“一对一”临床导师制与班主任制相结合的培养模式,四年来取得了良好的实践效果。

| Abstract: | The training mode of the combination of"One-to-One"tutor system and head teacher system is a practical teaching reform method,which is of great significance to the cultivation of medical students'theoretical knowledge and the guidance of personal medical ethics.It is a return to the traditional combination of"School System"and"Teacher-apprentice System".The training mode of combining"One-to-One"clinical tutorial system and head teacher system among the fourth and fifth graders of pediatrics majors has been implemented in a school,which has achieved good practical results in the past four years. |
