| 摘 要： | 在超声医师的培养过程中,住院医师规范化培训阶段尤其重要。随着规培体系的日益完善,如何有效提高培训质量,培养合格的超声医师是值得研究的问题。在培训过程中,提高学员学习的主动性,提高教师业务素养和带教积极性,强化师资力量,带教任务落实到人,总结经验,完善各项考核工作,从而提升培训质量。

| Abstract: | In the process of training ultrasound doctors,the standardized training stage of residents is particularly important.With the increasing improvement of the training system,how to effectively improve the training quality and train qualified ultrasound doctors is a problem worthy of study.In the process of training,we should improve the initiative of students,improve teachers'professional literacy and enthusiasm,strengthen the strength of teachers,carry out teaching tasks to people,sum up experience,improve all kinds of assessments,so as to improve the quality of training. |
