高校机关综合办公室队伍专业化职业化发展的激励机制研究——以清华大学为例

摘    要:学校机关综合办公室是机关运转的枢纽部门,专业化、职业化的办公室队伍是建设世界一流大学的重要支撑保障。本文通过对清华大学校机关综合办公室队伍的调研,结合海外高校的先进经验与自身实际,提出了建立以人为本、以专业化职业化为导向的办公室队伍激励机制构想。

Abstract:The comprehensive office is the pivotal department for the operation of a university.A professional team is an important support for building a world-class university.Through the investigation of the comprehensive office team of Tsinghua University and according to the advanced experience of overseas universities and the practical work,this paper puts forward the scheme of an incentive mechanism of establishing a people-oriented professional office team.
