| 摘 要： | 西柏坡时期中国共产党面临着从革命党向执政党转变的历史考验,努力探索党内廉政建设思路,总结廉政建设经验,制定了系列廉政制度,将土地改革与整顿党风相结合,建设华北人民政府的廉政机制,完善廉政法制建设。中国共产党完善党内制度、注重党员培训、紧抓作风建设等策略为新时期党建工作提供了宝贵经验。

| Abstract: | The Xibaipo period marks the historical test of transition of Communist Party of China from a revolutionary party to a ruling party.This paper attempts to explore over ways to build clean government,recollect historical experiences,systems,institutional mechanisms,and legislative rules formulated at the time.The internal institution,theoretical training and moral education by CPC are regarded as valuable experiences. |
