| 摘 要： | 在高校教育教学改革的大背景下,“四个回归”完整诠释了高校教育教学的基础规律和发展方向。如何有效贯彻“四个回归”教育理念,将“四个回归”落实到实际教学工作当中,是当前高校必须重视的一个重要问题。因此,在“四个回归”视角下高校辅导员引领大学生志趣培养的分析与探究显得十分重要。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities,the"Four Returns"completely interprets the basic law and development direction of education and teaching in colleges and universities.How to effectively implement the educational concept of"Four Returns"and put them into practice is an important issue that colleges and universities must attach great importance to at present.This paper makes a deep analysis and exploration on the cultivation of college students'interest led by college counselors from the perspective of"Four Returns". |
