UNESCO艾滋病预防教育策略初探

摘    要:艾滋病已成为危害人类社会的国际问题.到目前为止,预防教育是解决艾滋病问题最为有效的方法.联合国教科文组织提出艾滋病预防教育的目的是增进人们对艾滋病传播和预防的知识、意识、技能,形成和树立正确的态度和价值观念,减少艾滋病的传染,减轻艾滋病对社会造成的影响,同时缓解艾滋病对教育系统带来的压力.本文介绍了UNESCO在全球性和地区性两个层面实施艾滋病预防教育的策略,并讨论了这些策略的意义.

Abstract:In two decades HIV/AIDS has evolved from a medical curiosity to a worldwide human tragedy and an international emergency. It seems that prevention education should be the most effective way to control the spread of the epidemic. UNESCO intends to make its contribution to the global response to HIV/AIDS through promoting HIV/AIDS prevention education,thereby to offer learning opportunities for all to develop the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes that will limit the transmission and impact of the pandemic. By analyzing UNESCO's strategies for promoting HIV/AIDS prevention education, could provide us some valuable suggestions for the implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention works in China.
