| 摘 要： | 在21世纪的今天，作为最能够促进身心健康的体育锻炼已得到人们的足够重视，体育锻炼不需要昂贵的花费，不需要占用很多的时间，但是效果是毋庸置疑的。所以，在大学的体育教学中，也越来越重视学生们的身体和心理的双重发展，同时增强同学们的人际交往能力、社会交往能力。在大学体育的理论教学中，最常应用的就是激励式教学与唤醒式教学，为了这一目的，笔者对大学的体育教学中应用的激励教学和唤醒教学进行分析，并解析其是如何应用到体育教学中的。

| Abstract: | In the 21st century today, as the most promoting people ’ s physical and mental health, physical exercise has got enough attention, physical exercise don＇t need expensive cost, do not need to take a lot of time, but the effect is beyond doubt.So, in the college sports teaching, physical education also pays more and more attention to students’ physical and psychological development, and enhances students＇interpersonal skills and social skills.In sports theory teaching in university, the most commonly used is inspired and awaken type teaching, to this end, the application of incentive and wake up teaching method in college physical education is analyzed, and how its application into the sports teaching. |
